  • The mixture can be stored in the refrigerator.  It should be consumed at room temperature.
  • One glass a day is enough to obtain these benefits.

  • You can also use watermelon flour.  To do so, grind the seeds in a blender and use them in preparations such as cakes soups, bread, pies, and broths, or even extract the benefits by putting them in some kind of juice.
